adequate central stay

the location was excellent. it was just a short walk to plaza mayor. the staff were friendly and helpful. i loved the breakfast buffet, it had many options.
the room overlooked the main street, and there was road work at night. i wasn't warned about this. lorries reversing and workers shouting was quite loud. there was not enough space to store clothes and the room only had one window.

a mixed experience at this hotel
poor insulationloud theater
The noise insulation was not good. I could hear everything from the nearby rooms. it sounded like people were in my own room. also, the theater next door was quite loud in the evenings. I could hear the music and singing clearly. it made it hard to relax or sleep before the performances ended. the noise was a constant problem and really impacted my stay.

I was happy the hotel is near the city center. Many attractions were within walking distance. The room was also clean. I noticed that immediately.
I found the noise isolation to be poor. I could hear neighbors talking. some staff members seemed unfriendly. The Wi-Fi was sometimes unreliable. I had to use my own data plan.
